The bathroom cleanliness needs immediate attention!!! The shower tiles were unacceptable, and instructions on facilities would enhance the experience significantly. The AC unit's neglected state can cause discomfort due to dust blowing everywhere!!!

Our queen studio was airy with a great view of the hills behind us. The location was central, magnificent to the Nelson area;)))

Central location was a plus. There were eateries and pubs walking distance to the place.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. the kitchen utensils need replacing.

It was an easy base for a couple of nights. Obviously I enjoyed the marvellous location near to the wineries. What's more, it was very close to Richmond Mall and shops and supermarket and food outlets. The cabin I had was new-fashioned.

Stayed here with my partner and everything was spotless. Had decent sized and functional room for the kids too for a nice stay. Central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven were there too. The service was friendly with a quick check-in.

The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.

The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic pool and easy access to local shops. Our stay was like a mini-escape.

Really good cleanliness and comfort

The bed was comfortable, ensuring I had fantastic sleeps after my long travels. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. I did notice the facilities could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience.

I enjoyed the spacious layout of the room, really comfortable. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking, and having a full-sized fridge was a major plus. The cleanliness throughout my stay was excellent, with tidy living spaces and a well-maintained environment. The outdoor area was lovely, suitable for dining with nice views of the surrounding mountains. I encountered a persistent issue with small ants in the kitchen, which needed attention. The shower and some of the furniture appeared dated and could use a refresh, while parking proved to be a hassle due to tight spaces.

Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! . the hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a great area, close to a local shopping centre. the venue's position was central. I explored Slipstream Sculpture just a short walk away from the venue.

We enjoyed our stay in a room with a lounge area that had a TV and lamps, among other things.

Great experience here - staff were super friendly 😊. the location is amazing, so close to the West Coast and Golden Bay. Plus, it's conveniently located near the town centre and ferry.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

We stayed in a Two Bedroom Self Contained room, and it was just perfect for our family! The kids were in love with the swimming pool. Plus, we had a small hiccup when we left our dishes, but the wonderful staff surprised us by taking care of them while we were out, how sweet is that?

Clean room, excellent service, the kitchen was well-equipped with microwave and hot plates, perfect for preparing meals , and the friendly reception made checking in smooth and easy.
